Chuggington Traintastic Adventures – A Train Set Game for Kids App Reviews

Absolutely love this app for my son. But lately its crashing when "build & play" is selected and starts loading. Please fix.

We love the chuggers and this app has so much to explore. Also, lots of episode clips which is great for my youngest!

Such a cute app! The different adventures are fun and exciting - our little one loves the episode clips and that he can make the chuggers move on his own! Its like hes inside an episode of Chuggington!

Very cute app. Great to just hand over to the boys they like having their own Chuggington and watching bits of episodes. I like that theyre playing with trains and I dont have to step on random bits of train sets!!

It seems like a decent game but the controls are frustrating. It is incredibly difficult to move the trains. Fix the controls and this seems like it could be a fun game but in its cureent form it is nothing but frustrating.

This game needs a clock tower

What a fun app, the characters are so interactive and the build an play mode is so well done. Creative sounds and the short clips makes this one of my favorites!

My son loves Chuggington! Cant wait to play with him this Christmas!

It can be even more fun if you would add more trains:)

My son is obsessed with this one and when the last update bricked it, was beside himself. Luckily,the developers stand by their product. They walked me through a number of scenarios and together we solved the problem. Doesnt get much better than that! A+++++

Good-quality graphics but overall a letdown; not worth the money, even for my Chuggington fan. Would benefit from guidance from a teacher or similar -- someone who knows the range of kids coordination. For example, the intro video / voice over doesnt really explain what you have to DO. Heck even I (Mom) had trouble figuring it out: tapping (press and drag) *precisely* where necessary to move the train down the track -- as opposed to pressing just a little too far ahead on the track, and thus changing the perspective and zooming. Soooo frustrating to explain "perspective" to a toddler! And the "reward" coins are silly -- add rocks and flowers to your track. Really, rocks?

This is so hard to control! Waste of money!

Unusable on an original iPad. Also displays the "more app" icon constantly. That is unacceptable for a childrens game. Drives my kid nuts. I would not recommend. Very difficult to control and use even for an adult. The perspective shifting is annoying and frustrating to kids - a constant top down would have been better. Very poor UI and game control implementation.

Difficult controls for an adult and even worst for a young child. The icon for purchasing for more apps is even worst by popping in and out while trying to navigate anything. Save your money and your grief.

My kids, ages 5 and 3, LOVED this app, but now it keeps crashing.

Having problems when you hit build and play. Every time the app shuts down. I have a frustrated 4 year old
